Wayne Ginter. LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER
Mr. Ginter is the Senior Vice President of ARG. Mr. Ginter heads ARG’s, due diligence, real estate analyses, management, and leasing activities.
Mr. Ginter has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida since graduating from the University of Miami in 1972, B.A. Sociology & Psychology.
From 1973 to 1990, Mr. Ginter served as a partner, Senior Property Manager and Director of Leasing for various Florida partnerships, which owned or developed numerous community shopping centers in Florida. Mr. Ginter was responsible for property management, leasing, and tenant construction. Mr. Ginter’s role included site selection, procurement of major and local tenants, lease negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
In 1986, Mr. Ginter formed Contemporary Centers, Inc., a corporation designed to acquire and develop strategically located retail properties in growth areas throughout Florida. Its client list included Mobil Oil, Shell Oil, Discount Auto Parts, GTE (General Telephone & Electronics), Hillsborough County, Checker’s Restaurants, Texaco, and Ashland Oil.
In 1991, Mr. Ginter became Senior Vice President of Condovest, Inc. and RealTrust, Inc., corporations designed to acquire, manage, and liquidate problem real estate owned by financial institutions, and governmental agencies (FADA, FSLIC, FDIC, and RTC).
Mr. Ginter is certified by the Florida Housing Finance Agency for Low-Income Rental Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Market-Rate/Multi-family, and State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) programs. He became a specialist in the operation and management of Mobile Home Parks, RV Parks, and full service Marinas. Mr. Ginter was involved in the management and disposition of more than $250,000,000 of problem real estate assets.
Mr. Ginter was the real estate/acquisition specialist for Mobil Oil Corporation in South Florida, facilitating Mobil Oil’s introduction and development of “On The Run” convenience stores.
Mr. Ginter has performed real estate advisory services for the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court (Florida Southern District) and served as an “Expert Witness” on numerous commercial real estate matters.
Mr. Ginter received an appointment as a “Designated Developer” for an ”Area in need of Redevelopment” by the City of Plainfield, New Jersey.
Mr. Ginter has functioned as a preferred developer for Eckerd Drug, Rite Aid, and McDonald’s. |
