Matt Eidelstein
Matthew Eidelstein graduated from The George Washington University’s School of Business in 2005 with a degree in Marketing and International Business. Mr. Eidelstein worked for Florida’s Congresswoman, Ileana Ros Lehtinen, acting as her senior intern, providing extensive congressional research and assistance in speech writing.
In 2006, Mr. Eidelstein worked for Asset Strategies, a real estate development firm located in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, he provided analytical support for acquisition and financing assignments. Mr. Eidelstein also assisted in raising equity for real estate investment opportunities in Miami and Washington D.C.
From 2006-2007 Mr. Eidelstein was employed by Keystone Realty Capital, an investment sales organization, located in Washington, D.C. as a real estate financial analyst.
Since August, 2007, Mr. Eidelstein has been employed by Rivo Alto Development, Inc. as a real estate analyst specializing in the acquisition of problem real estate assets from lending institutions. |
