Gary P. Eidelstein, Esq.

The Managing Director of ARG is Gary P. Eidelstein.  Mr. Eidelstein is a practicing attorney, and a member of the Florida Bar.  Mr. Eidelstein has served as a Director and Loan Committee Member of a local financial institution, and he is very familiar with banking rules and regulations. 

Mr. Eidelstein's background as a specialist in real estate regulatory law led him to pursue an active roll as a real estate developer.  Mr. Eidelstein served as a special real estate consultant to United Resources, a public company, engaged in the development of the Country Club of Miami, a 3,600 acre Planned Unit Development (PUD) in Miami, Florida.  Mr. Eidelstein was responsible for zoning, permitting and related legal matters, financing and the marketing of diverse real estate products.

Mr. Eidelstein formed and operated Beech Mountain Development Corporation and began the systematic purchase of the real estate assets of Beech Mountain Resort, a 5,000 acre ski resort located in northwest North Carolina, owned by Caribbean Carolina Corporation, a bankrupt public company.  Mr. Eidelstein was the chief operating officer of Beech Mountain Development Corporation, with total responsibility for all development activities, marketing, financing, infrastructure development, and the sale of homesites, timesharing and resort shelter product.

Mr. Eidelstein was the President of RealTrust, Inc, a corporation designed to acquire, manage, and liquidate problem real estate owned by financial institutions, and governmental agencies (FADA, FSLIC, FDIC, and RTC).  Mr. Eidelstein personally directed the management and sale of more than $250,000,000 of problem real estate.

Mr. Eidelstein has acted as a Court-appointed Receiver in over 30 complex matters.  As an attorney in Florida, Mr. Eidelstein is experienced with the practices and procedures of both the state and federal court systems.
