The principals of ARG have specialized in managing and disposing of distressed real estate assets for the past 25 years.  These activities have been our sole corporate purpose.  We have a wealth of experience that is unmatched in this industry.  Our principals have rendered services to numerous financial institutions, working hand-in-hand with loan officers, asset managers, and senior management to preserve and reposition troubled loans and real estate owned.  We have acted as Receivers on foreclosed loans, assisting in the preservation of value by providing pro-active, hands-on management and disposition services.

The principals of ARG were approved “contractors” for FADA, the first government organization created to assist failed banks during the S&L crisis.  We also worked directly for the FSLIC and the FDIC managing and disposing of troubled assets.
